I’m Cameron Lord, Director. I’ve spent my working life as a contractor’s quantity surveyor — with small sub-trade outfits, second-tier commercial contractors, and New Zealand’s largest commercial contractor. Estimating is where I add the most value. Alongside that, I care about using the right software and automation so take-offs and rates stay fast without getting sloppy.

I’ve also spent a decade inside a second-tier commercial contractor running the money side of projects end to end: early estimates, tender pricing, negotiation, contract admin, claims and variations, cost reporting and forecasting, close-out, and final accounts.
